New Rule books for 2010 - 2012 will be distributed at the first rodeo of the spring season. Rules and by-laws for the ND Jr. High Rodeo Division are included in the 2010 - 2012 NHSRA Rulebook (pages 109 - 116). A special section devoted to the Jr. High Division and its participants will appear in each issue of the NHSRA Times. Rule changes will also be listed in the NHSRA Times Magazine. It is the contestants responsibility to know the rules. It is very helpful for each parent to keep updated on the rules. Same point system as NHSRA will be used. The top 4 contestants from each state will qualify for the JHFR. See the JHFR page for more information regarding the National Finals.
